With the globalisation of the world economy, intensive world competition and fast technology development demand continuous knowledge renewal. AICA has developed a comprehensive array of specialized short, medium and long term training programs for governments and enterprises to meet such challenges. Since 2002 we successfully conducted many 3 months executive training programs, and on-the-job training programs as well as a 12-month long-term training program together with universities such as UQ & UC.

We have an extensive network of highly qualified specialists from government agencies, education institutions, industrial and professional associations all working in active partnership and sharing resources. Besides the special purpose class training programs for both medium and long-term professional training, we have also developed tailor-made on-the-job training programs together with a number of Australian universities.
