We hosted our first Chinese government
delegation to Australia in 1993. Since then we have
handled study tours, specialised training and visits
by several thousand policymakers and researchers.
Information
exchange includes consultation with policymakers and
technical specialists in senior federal government and
state/territory government agencies responsible for
telecommunications, taxation, audit, biotechnology,
manufacturing, security, agriculture, environmental
protection, health and other matters.
